Dragon Land

Terms of Use – "Dragon Land" ("Kraina Smoków")

Effective date: 18 October 2026

1. Who provides the app

The "Dragon Land" app (Polish: "Kraina Smoków") is provided by:
CUBE SOLUTIONS MICHAŁ STAWNIAK (sole proprietorship)
ul. Edmunda Kajdasza 38/17, 52-234 Wrocław, Poland
Tax ID (NIP): 5961727036
Registered in the Polish business register CEIDG (KRS not applicable).
Website: https://games.wearecube.pl
E-mail: kontakt@wearecube.pl
("we", "us").

2. What the app is

The app is a collection of board and card games for children and families: Dragon Egg (board adventure), Dragon Fire (cards), Dragon Fortress (ludo), Dragon Clash (checkers), Dragon Duel (tic-tac-toe), Dragon Five (five in a row), Dragon's Hoard (trading game), Black Dragon (pairs) and Sleeping Dragons (battleships). You can play on one phone, against the computer, or on several phones on the same Wi-Fi network.

The app can be downloaded and used without charge and requires no account. It contains Google AdMob ads shown after a finished game (non-personalised, child-directed) and an optional one-time in-app purchase "No ads" that switches ads off. The purchase is handled by Google Play under its terms (including refunds); the price is shown in Google Play before buying. The offer is only in Settings, behind a grown-ups gate. We may change how the app is offered in future versions; a "No ads" purchase stays valid for its Google account. Virtual money in the Business game has no value and cannot be bought or exchanged for real money.

3. Licence

We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on your devices for personal, non-commercial use.

Without our permission you may not:

  • copy, sell or distribute the app or its elements (graphics, illustrations, sounds, code), except as permitted by law;
  • modify or decompile the app, unless mandatory law allows it.

All rights to the app, its name, graphics and illustrations belong to us or our licensors.

4. Use by children

The app is designed for children, but setup (profile, photo, network play) should be done or supervised by a parent or guardian. The parent decides whether the child uses a photo or a built-in avatar, and whether the child plays on several phones.

5. Multiplayer on several phones

Multiplayer works only on the local network, without our servers; the connection between the phones is encrypted. Phones in the same game exchange player names, avatars or photos, and game moves. We recommend playing only on a trusted home network. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Please do not use offensive words as player names, and do not use content unsuitable for children, or photos of other people without their consent, as profile pictures.

6. Privacy

The app does not send data to us. Google's advertising library (when ads are on) and Google Play send technical data to Google (e.g. IP address, interactions, diagnostics, device identifiers). See the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

We try to make the app work correctly, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or that it will work on every device and every Wi-Fi network. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of this app, except for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including the rules on digital content.

8. Updates and changes

We may update the app, add or change games and features, and change these terms. We will announce material changes in the Google Play release notes or in the app. If you do not accept the changes, you can stop using the app and uninstall it.

9. Google Play

You download the app from Google Play, so the Google Play Terms of Service (https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/) also apply. Google is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection given by the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Disputes are resolved by the competent court under general rules.
